Recientemente, <strong>StockX ha respondido a la demanda, acusando a Nike de no comprender c\u00f3mo funcionan los NFT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 dec\u00eda la demanda de Nike?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A principios del mes de febrero de este 2022, <strong>Nike anunciaba que demandar\u00eda a StockX<\/strong>, una empresa de venta online de indumentaria, por <strong>utilizar sin permiso im\u00e1genes de sus sneakers en una colecci\u00f3n de NFTs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan Nike, <strong>StockX estaba infringiendo sus marcas comerciales registradas<\/strong> y causando \u201cconfusi\u00f3n a los consumidores\u201d. Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n argumentaba que la empresa de venta online interfer\u00eda en los planes de Nike de <strong>lanzar su propia colecci\u00f3n de NFT<\/strong> relacionada a sus populares zapatillas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32844\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/sneaker-5522169_1280.jpg\" alt=\"StockX LLC\" width=\"696\" height=\"360\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La demanda surgi\u00f3 a partir de que StockX lanzara <strong>Vault<\/strong>, un proyecto que permite a los clientes adquirir tokens no fungibles que sirven para certificar la propiedad de un art\u00edculo real. Es decir, que los NFT sirven \u00fanicamente a modo de \u201cticket de reclamo\u201d con el que el cliente puede demostrar y autentificar la propiedad de los sneakers para obtenerlos tras su compra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u00e1s a\u00fan, StockX no considera a los tokens como productos virtuales o zapatillas digitales, asegurando que ha dejado en claro a los compradores que los NFT est\u00e1n \u00fanicamente <strong>vinculados con el seguimiento del art\u00edculo f\u00edsico que representan<\/strong>.
