La <strong>Ley B\u00e1sica de Activos Digitales<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/news.kmib.co.kr\/article\/view.asp?arcid=0017065835&amp;code=61141111&amp;cp=nv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">se introducir\u00e1<\/a> el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o y su aplicaci\u00f3n finalizar\u00e1 en 2024. Seg\u00fan la ley, los activos digitales como las criptomonedas pasar\u00e1n a formar parte del sistema institucional coreano.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, el gobierno tambi\u00e9n <strong>tiene previsto revisar la Ley del Banco de Corea<\/strong>. Esta ley contempla principalmente la posibilidad de introducir una <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/cbdc-moneda-digital-banco-central\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>moneda digital del Banco Central (CBDC)<\/strong><\/a> en Corea del Sur. El equipo del presidente entrante de Corea del Sur ha revelado sus planes de trabajar en un plan exhaustivo para la &#8220;Ley Marco sobre Activos Digitales&#8221;. Pero al mismo tiempo, tambi\u00e9n intenta ofrecer un entorno de inversi\u00f3n fiable, para que m\u00e1s empresas y corporaciones traigan sus negocios al pa\u00eds. No s\u00f3lo esto, sino que bajo un entorno comercial seguro, tambi\u00e9n se espera que crezcan las empresas que ofrecen el comercio de activos virtuales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por el momento, la comunidad de criptomonedas coreana puede abrir una cuenta en cuatro bancos. Se trata de <strong>Shinhan Bank, K-Bank, NH Nonghyup Bank y Jeonbuk Bank<\/strong>. Estos bancos apoyan las operaciones de diferentes criptomonedas, como <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/tag\/coinbase\/\">Coinbase<\/a> y Korbit<\/strong>. Sin embargo, la administraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 planeando ampliar el n\u00famero de estas instituciones financieras en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se informa de que el gobierno tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con <strong>tokens no fungibles (NFT)<\/strong> como activos virtuales.
