(CFTC).<\/strong> En febrero, se declar\u00f3 culpable de un \u00fanico cargo de infracci\u00f3n de la<b> Ley de Secreto Bancario.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La pena m\u00e1xima de prisi\u00f3n en estos casos es de cinco a\u00f1os, pero los cofundadores pudieron llegar a un acuerdo, tras el cual el <strong>DOJ<\/strong> presion\u00f3 para que se le impusiera una condena de entre seis y doce meses. Al final del caso, <strong>Hayes<\/strong> fue condenado a seis meses de arresto domiciliario y a dos a\u00f1os de libertad condicional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan un informe, un portavoz de <strong>Smith Villazor<\/strong>, el bufete que representa a Delo, dijo: &#8220;<em>Nos complace que el Tribunal haya rechazado adecuadamente el c\u00ednico intento del gobierno de exagerar la gravedad de la acusaci\u00f3n de la <strong>Ley de Secreto Bancario<\/strong> en este caso.
