Las acciones se tomaron porque los <strong>Exchanges<\/strong> no cumplieron con las reglas de valores en la provincia de Ontario, que se encuentra en el pa\u00eds de Canad\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Bybit y KuCoin han sido multadas por la Comisi\u00f3n de Valores de Ontario<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En un comunicado publicado el mi\u00e9rcoles, el <strong>organismo regulador de la provincia de Ontario<\/strong> dijo que hab\u00eda conseguido \u00f3rdenes que <strong>prohib\u00edan a <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/los-principales-exchanges-de-criptomonedas-muestran-su-apoyo-al-airdrop-terra-2-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KuCoin<\/a> participar en los mercados de capitales de la provincia<\/strong> y que le impon\u00edan una <strong>multa de m\u00e1s de 1,6 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, la OSC revel\u00f3 que, como parte de un acuerdo de conciliaci\u00f3n, <strong>Bybit<\/strong> <strong>devolvi\u00f3 unos 2,4 millones de d\u00f3lares en fondos obtenidos<\/strong> <strong>ilegalmente<\/strong> y pag\u00f3 al regulador <strong>7.724 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para cubrir algunos de los <strong>gastos de su investigaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ambas empresas est\u00e1n acusadas de <strong>incumplir las normas que rigen los valores en Ontario<\/strong>; sin embargo, s\u00f3lo Bybit reaccion\u00f3 a la medida de ejecuci\u00f3n adoptada por la OSC, mantuvo la comunicaci\u00f3n abierta, suministr\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n que se le pidi\u00f3 y se comprometi\u00f3 a participar en las negociaciones de registro.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-35016 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/hammer-1537123_640_699x280.jpg\" alt=\"ByBit y KuCoin Han Sido Multados por la Comisi\u00f3n de Valores de Ontario\" width=\"699\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El regulador logr\u00f3 obtener \u00f3rdenes que prohib\u00edan permanentemente a KuCoin participar en los mercados de capitales de Ontario y le exig\u00edan el pago de una sanci\u00f3n administrativa de 2 millones de d\u00f3lares, adem\u00e1s de 96.550,35 d\u00f3lares por los costes de la investigaci\u00f3n de la OSC. Adem\u00e1s, el regulador obtuvo las \u00f3rdenes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bybit lleg\u00f3 a un acuerdo con la OSC, por el que acept\u00f3 devolver <strong>2.468.910 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> en fondos obtenidos ilegalmente y pagar 10.000 d\u00f3lares adicionales para el coste de la investigaci\u00f3n.
