{"id":35291,"date":"2022-07-18T16:01:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-18T16:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/?p=35291"},"modified":"2022-07-18T16:01:52","modified_gmt":"2022-07-18T16:01:52","slug":"el-banco-central-holandes-multa-a-binance-con-335-millones-de-dolares-por-registros-indebidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/el-banco-central-holandes-multa-a-binance-con-335-millones-de-dolares-por-registros-indebidos\/","title":{"rendered":"El Banco Central Holand\u00e9s Multa a Binance con 3,35 Millones de D\u00f3lares por Registros Indebidos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El <strong>banco central holand\u00e9s (DNB)<\/strong> ha anunciado que ha multado a <strong>Binance<\/strong>, el mayor <strong>Exchange de criptomonedas<\/strong> del mundo, con<strong> 3,3 millones de euros (<\/strong>3,35 millones de d\u00f3lares) por prestar servicios en los Pa\u00edses Bajos sin estar autorizado para ello, seg\u00fan un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/netherlands-cenbank-crypto-currency-idCAKBN2OT0C7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">informe de Reuters<\/a> del lunes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En mayo de 2020, el banco impuso un requisito de registro a los proveedores de <strong>servicios de criptomonedas<\/strong> porque, en su opini\u00f3n, existe un <strong>riesgo significativo de <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/ftc-1-000-millones-de-dolares-en-criptomonedas-defraudados-desde-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lavado de dinero<\/a> o financiaci\u00f3n del terrorismo<\/strong> en relaci\u00f3n con los servicios de criptomonedas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Esto tiene que ver con la privacidad que proporcionan las transacciones de criptomonedas. Es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil comprobar si el riesgo de flujos il\u00edcitos de dinero se mitiga adecuadamente sin este requisito de registro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El banco central dice que advirti\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente al Exchange en agosto de 2021 y luego impuso la sanci\u00f3n a <strong>Binance Holdings Ltd.<\/strong> en abril de 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dnb.nl\/nieuws-voor-de-sector\/2022\/boete-voor-binance-holdings-ltd-vanwege-het-zonder-de-wettelijk-vereiste-registratie-aanbieden-van-cryptodiensten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Seg\u00fan el DNB<\/a>, <strong>Binance<\/strong> infringi\u00f3 las normas holandesas de blanqueo de dinero entre al menos mayo de 2020 y el 1 de diciembre de 2021, y durante todo ese tiempo, tuvo una ventaja competitiva sobre las empresas que estaban registradas en el DNB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las infracciones cometidas por Binance, seg\u00fan la prensa oficial del banco central, se castigan con una multa de la tercera categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8220;<em>Esto significa que la multa administrativa tiene un importe b\u00e1sico de 2.000.000 de euros, un importe m\u00ednimo de 0 euros y un importe m\u00e1ximo de 4.000.000 de euros<\/em>&#8220;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el banco.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-35621 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Binance-1-2.png\" alt=\"El Banco Central Holand\u00e9s Multa a Binance con 3,35 Millones de D\u00f3lares por Registros Indebidos\" width=\"699\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para calcular la cuant\u00eda de la multa administrativa se utiliz\u00f3 la <strong>Pol\u00edtica General de Fijaci\u00f3n de Multas del DNB<\/strong>. Debido a la creciente importancia y responsabilidad, la cantidad fundamental ha aumentado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dado que Binance tiene &#8220;un n\u00famero muy grande&#8221; de usuarios en los <strong>Pa\u00edses Bajos<\/strong> y es el mayor proveedor de servicios de criptomonedas del mundo, con un volumen de operaciones diario de 13.700 millones de d\u00f3lares, el banco aument\u00f3 la multa de 2 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Binance se opone a la multa<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En un comunicado, el banco central insisti\u00f3 en que Binance hab\u00eda declarado su intenci\u00f3n de apelar el 2 de junio de 2022. Sin embargo, el DNB declar\u00f3 que, aunque <strong>todav\u00eda no ha autorizado el registro de Binance<\/strong>, ha reducido la multa del importe original del <strong>5 por ciento<\/strong> porque
