Seg\u00fan declar\u00f3 la ministra de Finanzas, <strong>Nirmala Sitharaman<\/strong>, en el Parlamento el <strong>18 de julio<\/strong>, la administraci\u00f3n parece ser de la opini\u00f3n de que se necesita una asociaci\u00f3n mundial para cualquier <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/regulacion\/\">regulaci\u00f3n<\/a> o prohibici\u00f3n efectiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las declaraciones de Sitharaman se producen mientras circulan rumores de que el gobierno <strong>podr\u00eda presentar leyes para regular la industria de la criptomoneda<\/strong> durante la <strong>Sesi\u00f3n de Monz\u00f3n del Parlamento<\/strong>, que ha comenzado hoy. Por otro lado, actualmente no hay ning\u00fan plan para introducir tal medida.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-35624 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Titan-crypto-club-740x492_699x280.jpg\" alt=\"RBI\" width=\"699\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Banco de la Reserva de la India (RBI) ha llamado la atenci\u00f3n en numerosas ocasiones sobre los retos que plantean los<strong> activos digitales<\/strong>, poniendo en duda los principios en los que se basan y las aplicaciones que podr\u00edan tener.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el informe anual del banco central, el Gobernador del Banco de la Reserva de la India (RBI), <strong>Shaktikanta Das<\/strong>, ha dejado constancia de que incluso lo califica de grave peligro. Seg\u00fan Sitharaman, el Banco de Reserva de la India (RBI) dijo que <strong>las criptomonedas no son una moneda<\/strong>, ya que cualquier moneda contempor\u00e1nea tiene que ser emitida por el banco central o el gobierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mientras tanto, el gobierno declar\u00f3 que <strong>los beneficios de los activos virtuales estar\u00edan sujetos a impuestos.<\/strong> A partir del 1 de abril, se impuso un tipo impositivo <strong>del 30% sobre los activos en moneda virtual.<\/strong> A partir del 1 de julio, se aplic\u00f3 una deducci\u00f3n fiscal del 1%.
