El proyecto de ley se ha anticipado durante varias semanas en este punto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El nuevo proyecto de ley, al igual que la<strong> Ley de Intercambio de Materias Primas Digitales (DCEA)<\/strong> que fue presentada a la <strong>C\u00e1mara de Representantes<\/strong> en abril por miembros del <strong>Comit\u00e9 de Agricultura de la C\u00e1mara<\/strong>, ampl\u00eda las responsabilidades de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n de Comercio de Futuros de Materias Primas (CFTC).<\/strong> Sin embargo, la nueva medida no es un complemento de la DCEA y no debe confundirse con ella.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36072 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/finance-3333928_640_699x280.jpg\" alt=\"cftc\" width=\"699\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Stabenow se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la raz\u00f3n por la que el panel del Senado decidi\u00f3 no categorizar las criptomonedas como valores fue para que <strong>pudieran permanecer bajo su autoridad<\/strong>. La ley define las criptomonedas como una forma digital de propiedad que puede transferirse directamente de persona a persona sin necesidad de que ninguna organizaci\u00f3n sirva de mediadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sin embargo, el proyecto de ley no profundiza en esa clasificaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de ofrecer los ejemplos de<a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/holon-lanza-los-primeros-fondos-de-btc-y-eth-no-cotizados-en-australia-con-gemini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> bitcoin (BTC) y Ethereum (ETH<\/strong>)<\/a>, ambos designados anteriormente como commodities por la SEC. Aparte de eso, la ley establece que la CFTC tiene la autoridad para adjuntar su sello de productos b\u00e1sicos en cualquier criptomoneda que no sea considerada como valores por la SEC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El siguiente paso l\u00f3gico es asignar el proyecto de ley a un<strong> comit\u00e9 diferente<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s de ser marcado, el proyecto de ley pasar\u00e1 por el debate del Senado y una votaci\u00f3n antes de dirigirse a la C\u00e1mara para su <strong>aprobaci\u00f3n
