El martes, el Departamento de Protecci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n Financiera de California (DFPI) emiti\u00f3 \u00f3rdenes de cese y desistimiento contra 11 empresas de criptomoneda menos conocidas<\/strong>, diciendo que las empresas violaron las leyes estatales de valores por la apropiaci\u00f3n indebida de dinero en efectivo de los clientes o participar en otras actividades ilegales.<\/p>\n

El Departamento de Protecci\u00f3n e Innovaci\u00f3n Financiera (DFPI) va a presentar \u00f3rdenes de cese y desistimiento contra once empresas de criptomonedas diferentes, incluyendo Elevate Pass LLC y Metafi Yielders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Afirman que las empresas en cuesti\u00f3n violaron las leyes estatales sobre valores o se apropiaron indebidamente de dinero perteneciente a sus clientes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la declaraci\u00f3n emitida<\/a> por la agencia reguladora en el comunicado de prensa, cada una de las 11 empresas habr\u00eda comercializado y vendido valores no calificados<\/strong>, y 10 de las firmas tambi\u00e9n habr\u00edan cometido importantes tergiversaciones y omisiones a los inversores.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la comisi\u00f3n, los esquemas anteriores que se dirig\u00edan a los inversores potenciales ofrec\u00edan productos de inversi\u00f3n de alto rendimiento en diversas industrias,<\/strong> como la del petr\u00f3leo y el gas.<\/p>\n

A modo de esquema Ponzi, se afirma que cada una de las empresas en cuesti\u00f3n utilizaba el dinero aportado por los inversores para realizar pagos de supuestas ganancias a m\u00e1s inversores.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el comunicado de prensa, cada una de las organizaciones tambi\u00e9n gestionaba sus programas de remisi\u00f3n de forma similar a la de un esquema Ponzi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
