relacionadas con la Ley de Divisas, con <strong>el fin de prevenir a\u00fan m\u00e1s el lavado de dinero mediante el uso de criptomonedas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las empresas que se son exchanges de criptomonedas <strong>est\u00e1n obligadas por ley a verificar informaci\u00f3n como el nombre del usuario y a notificar a los operadores de la empresa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La nueva ley, que ha recibido la aprobaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Ministros, va a ser presentada a la Dieta durante el per\u00edodo de sesiones en curso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, se endurecer\u00e1n las penas por delitos relacionados con el lavado de capitales, y se dar\u00e1 al gobierno de Jap\u00f3n <strong>la
