del mercado transaccional en China, el gobierno chino ha adoptado este enfoque racional en un intento de adaptarse a la creciente ola de desarrollo relacionado con NFT basado en la tecnolog\u00eda blockchain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan el comunicado emitido por el Tribunal de Hangzhou, la transacci\u00f3n de los cobros digitales de NFT, en este caso, <strong>puede ser objeto de <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/regulacion\/\">regulaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong> remiti\u00e9ndose a las disposiciones pertinentes de las leyes chinas aplicables sobre los
