Esto ocurri\u00f3 s\u00f3lo dos d\u00edas antes de que FTX y sus filiales presentaran su solicitud de quiebra en virtud del Cap\u00edtulo 11 y Sam Bankman-Fried dimitiera como consejero fundador de FTX est\u00e1 acusado de fraude por la Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) y la Commodity Futures Trading Commission
