Acusa de Fraude al Explotador de Mango Markets y Ordena su Detenci\u00f3n\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Los fiscales de Nueva York han detenido en Puerto Rico al operador de criptomonedas Avraham Eisenberg y le han acusado de fraude por <strong>manipular el exchange Mango Markets y robar 110 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Esto ocurri\u00f3 en octubre, cuando fue capaz de manipular los precios de las garant\u00edas con el fin de retirar tokens del proyecto <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/tag\/defi\/\">defi<\/a> de Mango Markets, lo que result\u00f3 en una p\u00e9rdida de 116 millones de d\u00f3lares para el mismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Poco despu\u00e9s del suceso, a mediados de octubre, el autodenominado te\u00f3rico del juego revel\u00f3 su participaci\u00f3n en el vaciado de la tesorer\u00eda de Mango Markets y se justific\u00f3 afirmando que el saqueo de la plataforma fue todo legal. Luego describi\u00f3 su comportamiento como una &#8220;<strong>estrategia de trading altamente rentable<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Esto ha llevado a los agentes del sector a pedir m\u00e1s claridad legislativa para poner fin a esta pr\u00e1ctica, que corre el peligro de socavar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la confianza de los inversores mientras el sector del blockchain se enfrenta a una grave ca\u00edda del mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sin embargo, Avraham Eisenberg podr\u00eda ser el primer estadounidense acusado de manipular una plataforma de negociaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/noticias-criptomonedas\/noticias-defi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>finanzas descentralizadas (DeFi)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">El Explotador de Mango Markets se Enfrenta a Dos Cargos<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39906\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Mango-Markets.png\" alt=\"The United States Accuses a Mango Markets exploiter of fraud and orders his arrest. \" width=\"699\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El acusado est\u00e1 acusado de utilizar dos cuentas de Mango Markets bajo su control para influir en el precio de los swaps perpetuos de Mango, futuros que permiten a los operadores mantener posiciones abiertas, seg\u00fan una <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.nysd.591629\/gov.uscourts.nysd.591629.1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>denuncia federal<\/strong><\/a> que se desprecint\u00f3 el martes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En las 22 Mag. 10337, <strong>Eisenberg est\u00e1 acusado de dos delitos<\/strong>. El primer cargo es por fraude de materias primas, mientras que el segundo es por manipulaci\u00f3n de materias primas, ya que &#8220;deliberadamente y a sabiendas&#8221; particip\u00f3 en un plan que implicaba la &#8220;manipulaci\u00f3n intencionada y artificial&#8221; del precio de los futuros perpetuos en Mango Markets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tras la operaci\u00f3n, Eisenberg habl\u00f3 con Mango Markets y acord\u00f3 devolver 67 millones de d\u00f3lares a la DAO que la rige.
