{"id":37952,"date":"2023-03-08T14:00:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T14:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/?p=37952"},"modified":"2023-03-08T14:00:59","modified_gmt":"2023-03-08T14:00:59","slug":"binance-obtiene-finalmente-la-aprobacion-para-adquirir-voyager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/binance-obtiene-finalmente-la-aprobacion-para-adquirir-voyager\/","title":{"rendered":"Binance Obtiene Finalmente la Aprobaci\u00f3n para Adquirir Voyager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En un acontecimiento muy esperado en el mundo de las criptomonedas, el prestamista de criptomonedas en quiebra Voyager Digital ha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-03-07\/binance-us-approved-to-buy-voyager-after-judge-spurns-regulators?srnd=cryptocurrencies-v2#xj4y7vzkg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>obtenido<\/strong><\/a> la aprobaci\u00f3n judicial para <strong>vender m\u00e1s de USD 1.000 millones de sus activos a Binance.US.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este acuerdo de adquisici\u00f3n se hab\u00eda estado preparando durante alg\u00fan tiempo y hab\u00eda recibido un fuerte apoyo del 97% de los 61.300 titulares de cuentas de Voyager.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">El Proceso de Aprobaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tras cuatro d\u00edas de alegaciones presentadas por Voyager y la Comisi\u00f3n del Mercado de Valores de Estados Unidos, el juez de quiebras de Estados Unidos Michael Wiles concedi\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n para la venta el 7 de marzo de 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Wiles rechaz\u00f3 una serie de argumentos de la SEC seg\u00fan los cuales la redistribuci\u00f3n de los fondos de Voyager a Binance.US violar\u00eda las leyes de valores estadounidenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La decisi\u00f3n del juez tambi\u00e9n se produce<strong> poco m\u00e1s de una semana despu\u00e9s de que el 97% de los 61.300 titulares de cuentas Voyager se declararan a favor del actual plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n de Binance.US<\/strong>, que podr\u00eda suponer la recuperaci\u00f3n de casi tres cuartas partes de sus participaciones.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 Viene Ahora?<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-40213 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/voyager_digital_699x280.jpg\" alt=\"voyager\" width=\"699\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La plataforma de negociaci\u00f3n se tomar\u00e1 ahora unas semanas para decidir si completa la venta de Binance.US o liquida por su cuenta y entrega los beneficios a los titulares de cuentas Voyager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Esta decisi\u00f3n depender\u00e1 de lo preocupantes que Voyager considere <strong>las investigaciones en curso en las que Binance.US est\u00e1 enredada con las autoridades federales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El principal banquero de inversi\u00f3n de Voyager, Brian Tichenor, dijo en una audiencia judicial el 3 de marzo que si se ejecuta el plan de reestructuraci\u00f3n aprobado, los clientes recibir\u00e1n unos 100 millones de d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s que si Voyager liquidara por su cuenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Los pagos a los clientes tambi\u00e9n se ver\u00e1n influidos por la disputa que Voyager mantiene en el tribunal de quiebras con la empresa hermana de FTX, Alameda Research, que <strong>exige que Voyager entregue lo que se le prest\u00f3 en un principio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Voyager ha acordado reservar USD 445 millones en caso de que pierda ese litigio. Aunque Binance.US todav\u00eda tiene que superar ciertos obst\u00e1culos regulatorios antes de que se pueda finalizar el acuerdo, esta aprobaci\u00f3n judicial es un gran paso adelante tanto para Voyager como para Binance.US.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Este acuerdo de adquisici\u00f3n tiene el potencial de beneficiar significativamente a ambas partes y podr\u00eda tener un impacto positivo en el <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/mercado-bajista\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mercado de criptomonedas<\/strong><\/a> en general.<\/p>\n<p
