Johnsson coincide en que, aunque la aprobaci\u00f3n 19b-4 podr\u00eda ocurrir pronto, el proceso S-1 podr\u00eda llevar al menos un mes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para que un emisor inicie un ETF de <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/noticias-criptomonedas\/noticias-bitcoin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bitcoin<\/a>, debe obtener la aprobaci\u00f3n de la SEC de la divisi\u00f3n de Trading and Markets en su presentaci\u00f3n 19b-4 y de la divisi\u00f3n de Corporate Finance en la presentaci\u00f3n S-1 o prospecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hasta la fecha, de las 12 solicitudes de ETF de Bitcoin, nueve emisores han presentado prospectos revisados que muestran que han mantenido comunicaci\u00f3n con Corporate Finance, que se centra en detalles operativos del fondo y divulgaciones de riesgos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Analistas creen que el lanzamiento del ETF de Bitcoin podr\u00eda retrasarse si la SEC aprueba las solicitudes 19b-4 antes de que se aprueben los documentos del prospecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Al momento de redactar este art\u00edculo,\u00a0<strong>BTC cotiza a unos $36.740<\/strong>, seg\u00fan los datos m\u00e1s recientes de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/coinmarketcap.com\/es\/currencies\/bitcoin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CoinMarketCap<\/a>.\u00a0<strong>Esto significa que tuvo un aumento en su valor del 3.7%<\/strong>\u00a0en las \u00faltimas 24 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por otro lado, su capitalizaci\u00f3n de mercado tuvo un crecimiento parecido, alcanzando los $718.000 millones.
