UU. present\u00f3 demandas similares contra \u00e9l y Terraform Labs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la actualidad, <strong>Kwon permanece detenido en Montenegro<\/strong>, a la espera de los resultados de los procedimientos de extradici\u00f3n solicitados tanto por las autoridades surcoreanas como por el Departamento de Justicia de EE. UU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A pesar de negar las acusaciones de ambos pa\u00edses, su abogado, Goran Rodi\u0107, <strong>no ha emitido comentarios sobre este \u00faltimo desarrollo legal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La ratificaci\u00f3n del veredicto por parte del Tribunal Superior de Podgorica es un golpe significativo para Kwon, <strong>consolidando su
