Por ese motivo, el Poder Ejecutivo resolvi\u00f3 <strong>dar por concluida su labor y desactivarla de forma definitiva<\/strong>. La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 tras consultar al cuerpo legal del gobierno y se fundamenta en las <strong>facultades administrativas que la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional otorga al presidente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1260\">El grupo de investigaci\u00f3n, denominado Unidad de Tareas de Investigaci\u00f3n (UTI), se hab\u00eda constituido formalmente en febrero a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Decreto 114\/25.<\/strong> Su tarea consist\u00eda en <strong>rastrear documentaci\u00f3n y datos vinculados a las operaciones de la criptomoneda $LIBRA<\/strong>. El documento detalla que se complet\u00f3 la recopilaci\u00f3n de pruebas y su remisi\u00f3n a las autoridades judiciales, por lo que <strong>mantener operativa la unidad carec\u00eda de sentido<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"2004\">Ahora, el foco queda puesto en <strong>las decisiones que pueda adoptar la Procuraci\u00f3n en base a ese material<\/strong>. Por el momento, <strong>el gobierno de Javier Milei no anticip\u00f3 nuevas medidas relacionadas con el caso<\/strong> ni detall\u00f3 el contenido de la informaci\u00f3n entregada.
