Los solicitantes deben calificar como \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/tutoriales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fit and proper<\/a>\u201d, <strong>poseer un capital pagado de al menos 25 millones de HKD (3,2 M USD)<\/strong> y garantizar que cada token tenga <strong>respaldo 1:1 en activos l\u00edquidos y de alta calidad<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de cumplir con normas AML\/CFT seg\u00fan la regulaci\u00f3n citada.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 la entrega de licencias por parte de la HKMA?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>La autoridad planea conceder pocas licencias en la primera ronda, se estima que menos de diez en cada una,<\/strong>\u00a0y las primeras se entregar\u00e1n a comienzos de 2026. El tr\u00e1mite ha generado competencia entre grandes bancos \u2014<strong>HSBC e ICBC est\u00e1n entre los interesados<\/strong>\u2014, y <strong>m\u00e1s de 40 empresas han presentado solicitudes formales<\/strong>.
