Una regulaci\u00f3n bien delimitada favorecer\u00eda la adopci\u00f3n de stablecoins por parte de instituciones, mientras que clarificar las restricciones sobre pagos de inter\u00e9s preservar\u00eda modelos comerciales existentes.
