En paralelo, la cuenta oficial de TectonicFi comunic\u00f3 que el equipo estaba siguiendo el caso y recomend\u00f3 evitar cualquier interacci\u00f3n mientras se confirmara que la plataforma era segura.<\/p>\n<p>Previo a la interrupci\u00f3n operativa de la red, <strong>el atacante transfiri\u00f3 cerca de 6 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/noticias-criptomonedas\/noticias-ethereum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ethereum<\/strong><\/a>, donde los convirti\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente en 2.592 ETH mediante puentes descentralizados para obstaculizar el rastreo en la cadena.<\/p>\n<h2>El mecanismo apunt\u00f3 a un activo con liquidez reducida<\/h2>\n<p>La infromaci\u00f3n confirmada describe un ataque de manipulaci\u00f3n de precio sobre TONIC, un activo con poca liquidez dentro del dise\u00f1o de TectonicFi. Seg\u00fan la documentaci\u00f3n citada en la cobertura secundaria, el protocolo aceptaba TONIC como colateral, una combinaci\u00f3n que puede amplificar el riesgo si el precio del activo se mueve de forma artificial.<\/p>\n<p>El valor total bloqueado de Tectonic cay\u00f3 con fuerza tras el incidente, hasta la ma\u00f1ana del lunes, ni Cronos ni Tectonic hab\u00edan dado un calendario para reanudar la red. La misma cobertura indic\u00f3 que la cifra de p\u00e9rdidas segu\u00eda siendo una estimaci\u00f3n y que no hab\u00eda una confirmaci\u00f3n independiente del monto exacto por parte de las partes afectadas.<\/p>\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de detener la cadena busc\u00f3 contener el alcance del <a href=\"https:\/\/thecryptocurrencypost.net\/es\/the-sandbox-confirmo-un-exploit-en-sus-puentes-y-limito-el-impacto-a-base-y-bnb-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exploit<\/a>, aunque tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 en pausa el resto de la actividad sobre Cronos mientras avanzaba la revisi\u00f3n del caso.
