FWAIR NFT launch drives secondary volume

TokenWorks said its FWAIR PFP launch has nearly sold through, as secondary-market activity picked up around the 111-piece collection. In a post on the project’s official X account, the team said 108 of the 111 FWAIR PFPs had been purchased from the launch pool in the first round.

The update adds direct project confirmation to the trading activity visible on the FWAIR collection page on OpenSea, where the NFT series shows active secondary sales. The collection was launched through FWAIR, a mechanism tied to Fake World Assets, and the project described it as a first launch for the pool-based distribution model.

According to TokenWorks, future staking utility is planned once the pools are audited. The team did not provide a timeline for that audit in the post.

FWAIR’s launch structure has also made the collection more than a simple mint-and-hold drop. The project said the launch pool was designed around purchases from the FWA pool, with the initial round leaving only a small number of PFPs unclaimed. That setup appears to have translated into visible market activity, though the project did not attribute the secondary volume to any specific buyer group.
