Securitize and Crypto Insights Group team up on fund manager onboarding

Securitize Fund Services and Crypto Insights Group are collaborating to streamline how digital asset fund managers join the CIG platform, according to a Crypto Insights Group announcement and a statement from Securitize.

The companies said participating Securitize Fund Services clients can use a coordinated, manager-authorized onboarding process that covers diligence, benchmarking and ongoing monitoring. The arrangement is aimed at making the intake process more efficient for managers working through the platform.

Securitize described the collaboration as part of its work with CIG_Crypto, saying the initial phase centers on onboarding and that the two firms will explore future workflow improvements. The public statement did not provide additional operational details about timing, eligible clients or rollout scope.

Manager-authorized onboarding at the center of the collaboration

The most concrete change described so far is the use of a coordinated onboarding path for fund managers already serviced by Securitize Fund Services. Rather than treating diligence and monitoring as separate steps handled in isolation, the process is designed around authorization from the manager and a shared workflow between the two firms.

For now, the collaboration appears focused on operational efficiency rather than a broader product launch. The companies have not said whether the process will expand beyond the first group of participating clients or when any additional workflow features may be introduced.
