Binance to restrict 8 services and delist 22 tokens for Brazilian users from Oct. 27

Binance said Brazilian users will lose access to eight services and see 22 tokens removed from trading starting Oct. 27, according to the exchange’s support notice. The change affects a range of products, including lending, mining, margin trading and several token reward programs.
The exchange’s support page for Brazil says the restrictions will apply to local users from that date. The notice does not indicate that the affected assets are being permanently removed from Binance globally; rather, the limits appear to apply to Brazilian accounts and selected services tied to that market.
Services affected in Brazil
Binance said the following services will be restricted for users in Brazil beginning Oct. 27:
- Binance Loans
- Binance Pool
- Cloud Mining
- Margin Trading
- Launchpool
- Megadrop
- HODLer Airdrops
- Alpha 2.0
The exchange said existing positions will be handled under the rules for each product, while new access and new positions will be limited according to the individual service notices. Binance also said 22 tokens will be delisted for Brazilian users, though the support notice should be checked for the specific asset list and any withdrawal rules that apply to each token.
The move comes as Binance adjusts its operations in Brazil. The exchange’s notice frames the changes as part of its local service setup, with the restrictions tied to Brazilian users rather than the wider global platform.
Binance did not say in the notice that trading in the affected tokens would resume later, and it did not provide a broader timeline beyond the Oct. 27 change date. For users holding the impacted assets or using the restricted products, the practical effect will depend on the product-specific rules Binance lays out for each service and token.
