Uniswap adds $41.7 million in stablecoin TVL over 24 hours

Uniswap recorded the largest stablecoin DeFi total value locked gain among the venues highlighted in a Uniswap Labs dashboard tied to pool-level and asset-level metrics, with a separate post from RWA Foundation saying the platform added $41.7 million in the past 24 hours.

The post, which cited data from Token Terminal, placed Uniswap ahead of Spark at $26.6 million and Aave at $26.4 million. Across the top six venues in the chart, the combined increase came to $111 million, according to the same breakdown.

The figures point to a notable short-term increase in stablecoin liquidity on Uniswap, but the data alone does not show whether the move reflects new user demand, repositioning by existing capital or a broader shift across DeFi venues. TVL measures assets locked in a protocol, which can rise for different reasons and does not by itself prove durable usage.

Stablecoin TVL is a useful lens for tracking where capital is sitting in DeFi, especially on a venue such as Uniswap that routes trading activity through liquidity pools. Still, the chart reflects a 24-hour window, so it is better read as a snapshot of liquidity growth than as evidence of a longer-term trend.
