Aerodrome tokenized stock volume surges 5x to $27M daily

Token Terminal said tokenized stock trading volume on Aerodrome reached $27 million yesterday, marking an increase of roughly five times in a week as global equities move onchain to Base and become available to trade on the decentralized exchange.

The update was posted on Token Terminal’s official X account, which described Aerodrome as a venue that had historically been limited to crypto-native assets before tokenized stocks were added to its trading flow.

The figures point to a sharp jump in activity on the Base-based DEX, but the post itself does not show whether the volume increase reflects sustained demand, short-term interest or routing changes tied to the new asset set. It also does not specify which tokenized stocks drove most of the turnover.

Aerodrome has become one of the more visible trading venues on Base, and the tokenized-stock figure adds a new data point on how far non-crypto assets are starting to circulate through onchain markets. For now, the clearest confirmed detail is the scale of the recent volume spike and the fact that tokenized equities are now part of that flow.
