Differentiated Challenges for Beginners and Experienced Traders
The competition, which began on November 19, 2024, will run until December 10 of the same year and has an impressive prize pool of 50,000 USDT. The event is aimed at traders of all experience levels. There are two distinct challenges designed to accommodate both beginners and advanced traders.
How Will ByBit Prizes Be Distributed?
The first challenge, called “Beginner’s Trading Quest,” is aimed at those new to perpetual contract trading. To participate, users must achieve a minimum volume of $100 in BTC Perpetual trades (BTCUSDT, BTCUSDC, or BTCUSD). The total prize of 10,000 USDT will be equally distributed among all participants who meet the requirements. This will allow those new to trading to compete for their share of the prize.
The second challenge, “PnL Showdown,” is aimed at more experienced traders. In this case, participants must achieve a minimum volume of $100,000 in BTC perpetual contracts, and prizes will be awarded based on performance measured in profit and loss (PnL).
This challenge has a prize pool of 40,000 USDT, which will be distributed among the top 50 participants. First place will receive a 6,000 USDT bonus, followed by 4,000 USDT for second place and 3,000 USDT for third place. Those ranked between fourth and tenth will receive a 1,000 USDT bonus each, while the 11th to 50th place winners will share 500 USDT each.
Bots and Copy Trading
To maximize their chances of success, Bybit provides participants with access to advanced tools such as trading bots, which allow users to automate their strategies. Additionally, copy trading is allowed, so participants can replicate the moves of the most successful traders.
It is important to note that the competition is not available to users from Spain, Brazil, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong. Participants must complete Level 1 identity verification to be eligible. Prizes will be awarded within 10 days after the event ends, and winners will have 14 days to claim them.
With this event, Bybit aims to provide an accessible and competitive platform for traders of all levels while celebrating the rise of Bitcoin and its prominence in global markets
