One user reported being unable to access their funds for four months despite providing all requested information to KuCoin, while another user stated their account had been blocked for two months.
KuCoin reportedly responded to these users with serious allegations, stating that it had received reports of their accounts being involved in illicit activities such as fraud, token theft, or hacking attacks, backed by substantial evidence.
Furthermore, a user reported that their Monero (XMR) tokens worth $30,000 were frozen by the exchange. Another user, despite having a verified account with years of usage, reported that their withdrawal capabilities had been suspended.
