ARK Invest Launches Tokenized ARKVX Venture Fund on Ethereum with Securitize

ARK Invest has tokenized its ARK Venture Fund, ARKVX, on Ethereum through a partnership with Securitize, bringing one of the firm’s investment products onto blockchain rails. The move was announced by Securitize in a press release describing the launch, which said the tokenized fund will be available on Ethereum and supported by Securitize’s infrastructure for issuance and investor access.

The firms said the structure is designed for eligible investors and centers on the fund itself, not the underlying portfolio companies. In other words, investors are getting tokenized exposure to the ARK Venture Fund rather than tokenized claims on individual holdings inside the portfolio.

ARK brings a private-markets product onchain

ARK Venture Fund is one of the firm’s venture-oriented strategies, and the tokenized version extends that product into a blockchain-based format. Cathie Wood said the move reflects ARK’s view that tokenization can change how investors access both private and public markets, while Securitize said the launch shows how established asset managers can use tokenization to move traditional investment products onto newer market infrastructure.

The release framed the launch as part of a broader partnership between the two companies. It also noted that ARK Invest made a strategic investment in Securitize in October 2025, which the firms said helped set the stage for the expansion of their collaboration.

At launch, Ethereum is the network named for the tokenized fund. Securitize said it will handle the onchain issuance and the investor experience around the product.

Details on access remain tied to eligibility requirements, and the launch announcement did not describe the tokenized fund as a freely tradable retail product. As presented, the offering is aimed at qualifying investors within the structure ARK and Securitize set out for the fund.
