RWA value tops $39 billion as Ethereum tokenized stocks reach $827 million

The onchain real-world asset market has climbed to about $39 billion across 39 chains, according to rwa.xyz, while Ethereum’s tokenized stock segment has grown to $827 million, up 170% year over year, based on the figures cited in a widely shared analyst thread.
The same discussion also pointed to Solana as a growing venue for RWA activity, with $891 million in inflows over the past 30 days and new tokenized products now live on the network.
The chain breakdown shows how concentrated the market still is. Ethereum leads with about $15.1 billion in distributed RWA value, followed by BNB Chain at $6.1 billion and Solana at $5.1 billion, according to the figures referenced in the thread. That distribution suggests the category is still spread across a relatively small number of networks even as the overall market expands.
Tokenized stocks are becoming a larger slice of the market
The most closely watched detail in the data is the growth in tokenized stocks on Ethereum. At $827 million, the segment remains smaller than tokenized funds and other RWA categories, but the reported 170% annual increase indicates faster growth than the broader market in recent months.
Solana is also drawing more attention in the RWA race. The thread cited $891 million in RWA inflows over the last 30 days and linked that momentum to new launches on the chain, including Securitize’s rollout of 12 tokenized equities on Solana. It also said JPMorgan’s MONY and JLTXX tokenized funds are live on Solana through Morgan Money.
The numbers point to a market that is still developing unevenly across chains. Ethereum remains the largest single venue by value, but Solana’s recent inflows and the appearance of additional institutional-style products suggest competition is widening beyond the network that has long dominated tokenized assets.
