Ondo Finance launches continuous pricing for USDY tokenized Treasury product

Ondo Finance said it has introduced continuous pricing for USDY, its tokenized U.S. Treasury product, replacing the once-daily pricing model with real-time updates. The company described the change in a blog post on its official site.
According to Ondo, the new pricing model is designed to track USDY’s value continuously rather than at fixed intervals. The company said the update applies across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Mantle and Tempo.
Yield accrual moves from daily updates to live pricing
Ondo said the switch means USDY holders accrue yield continuously rather than waiting for a daily price adjustment. The company also said eligible holders outside the United States can mint and redeem around the clock at the live price.
The post further said USDY can be borrowed against while it continues to earn. Ondo framed the change as a shift to per-second yield accrual, including over weekends and holidays.
The product remains a tokenized Treasury instrument, but the pricing update changes how its value is presented and updated on supported networks. Ondo did not indicate in the post that the change alters the underlying asset exposure itself.
