XRP Ledger v3.3.0 Introduces Six Amendments to Boost Tokenized Assets

The XRP Ledger has released version 3.3.0, with the official rippled v3.3.0 release tag listing six amendments alongside performance improvements, including lower memory usage. The release is being framed around tokenized asset and real-world asset use cases, although the upgrade itself is the software update and not a separate RWA product launch.

According to XRP Ledger Operations, the six amendments are Confidential Transfer, Batch, Sponsor, Permission Delegation, Dynamic MPT and fix Cleanup. The same update also points to performance changes, with memory usage said to be 10% to 15% lower.

What the amendment set changes

The amendment list suggests the release is aimed at expanding how the network handles private transfers, grouped transactions, sponsorship mechanics, delegation of permissions and Multi-Purpose Token behavior. The inclusion of fix Cleanup indicates the build also contains stability-related work rather than only new features.
