BYDFi Joins Korea Blockchain Week 2025 to push its Asia growth plan

BYDFi attended Korea Blockchain Week 2025 to push its Asia growth plan and display a hybrid trading model. The goal is to draw institutional liquidity plus retail users within a tighter compliance frame, and traders, crypto treasuries along with regional partners feel the effect. AInvest and Markets Insider report that the company used the week to present its Dual-Engine Strategy and the on-chain tool MoonX, released in April 2025.

BYDFi stressed the merger of CEX speed and liquidity with DEX transparency and user control. The Dual-Engine setup routes orders through centralized servers and on-chain contracts at the same time, so high frequency traders plus self-custody users receive matched service.

The firm joined the main conference “KBW2025: IMPACT” and staffed Booth #33 to explain the roadmap and market design, per Markets Insider besides Intelligence On Chain.

BYDFi also restated its regulatory stance — it joined Korea’s CODE VASP Alliance and deployed Travel Rule infrastructure, steps that ease entry for institutions bound by strict AML/KYC rules.

MoonX at KBW2025: A Strategy Shaping Market Momentum

The strategy presented at KBW2025 has begun to show tangible effects across the digital asset ecosystem. A key element is the smoother pathway for institutional adoption, where compliance tools and local alliances help shorten onboarding for treasuries requiring strict AML and KYC coverage. This approach highlights how regulatory alignment is becoming central to attracting larger players.

Liquidity dynamics were another major theme. A shared pool between centralized and decentralized exchanges enhances market depth not only for perpetual contracts but also for spot pairs. However, this integration adds layers of operational risk, underscoring the importance of stronger safeguards. Balancing deeper liquidity with effective risk controls remains a central challenge.

Regulatory and reputational considerations also came into focus. Participation in supervised markets naturally increases scrutiny, while adherence to standards such as the Travel Rule helps reduce—but not fully eliminate—potential exposure. These compliance steps show progress.

Finally, direct engagement with market participants at Booth #33 offered valuable feedback that is now shaping MoonX and its broader product line. Since its launch in April 2025, MoonX has been positioned as the anchor of BYDFi’s Dual-Engine Strategy. By leveraging both visibility at KBW2025 and its record of compliance, the company aims to convert attention into new users and deeper liquidity, reinforcing its momentum within the evolving crypto landscape.
