The blockchain division of Facebook is replenished with 20 new employees. The company has opened 20 vacancies for DLT specialists, including the director of technological communications, the risk researcher, analysts, marketers, designers and a media relations specialist.
Facebook still does not disclose the details of its blockchain development. The job description contains only hints of future responsibilities.
“Our ultimate goal is to help billions of people get access to things they don’t have right now. These can be things like health care, fair financial services, or new ways to save or share information, ”says the job description for a software developer.
Earlier in the media leaked information that Facebook is developing a cryptocurrency for money transfer. It is assumed that the company integrates a new coin in the WhatsApp messenger.
