Tron has partnered with Tether. The partners agreed to re-issue the steablokoin USDT based on TRC20 in the second quarter of 2019.
The new coin should stimulate the development of the Tron ecosystem and the network more accessible at the level of enterprises and institutional investors.
“We are pleased to announce this collaboration with the Tron Foundation . This integration underlines our commitment to further innovation in the cryptocurrency space, as we continue to anticipate the needs and requirements of the crypto-community, ”said Tether CEO Jean-Louis van der Velde.
Previously, the creator of Tron, Justin San, said that 2-3 decentralized applications are launched daily on the Tron network. He believes that more than 200 DAaps will work on his platform soon.
