Thailand's leading cryptocurrency exchange quits industry

One of the leading Thai crypto exchanges Bitcoin Co. Ltd. suspends all trading activities.

On September 2, a decision was announced to stop providing trading services.

“The exchange decided to stop providing digital exchange and wallet services on our website BX.in.th and will now pay attention to other business areas,” the official site of the trading platform said.

The exchange had a five-year work experience and was regulated by the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission. Bitcoin Co. Ltd. does not plan to get a work license for 2020, so users should withdraw funds from the site before November 1, 2019.

The site indicates that the ability to make deposits will be disabled after September 6, and the ability to trade will be stopped on September 30.
